Overview

This Policy Statement sets out the processes for changing the person proposing to take an action and for transfers of approvals under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act).

We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of Country throughout Australia and recognise their continuing connection to land, waters and culture. We pay our respects to their Elders past and present.
