The National Environmental Protection Agency Act 2025 requires the CEO of the National EPA to establish 2 registers:
- a register of registrable decisions
- a register of prescribed matters.
The Minister can make Rules that set out what must be on the registers. When the Rules are made, this page will list the decisions and matters that the Rules prescribe.
Draft policy for the Rules is available on the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water's Have Your Say website.
