About the wildlife trade operation
Approval of this Wildlife Trade Operation allows for the wild harvest and commercial export of Australian native invertebrates by Australian Insect Farm, subject to conditions. The proposal satisfies the requirements of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act).
The Wildlife Trade Operation was registered on 16 August 2024 and will be in force from 17 August 2024 to 17 August 2027.
